The Pussycat Dolls is an American girl group and dance ensemble created in Los Angeles by choreographer Robin Antin. The group was created in 2003 with original members Nicole Scherzinger, Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta, Melody Thornton, and Kimberly Wyatt. The group quickly rose to prominence in the mid 2000s with hits like “Don’t Cha,” “Buttons,” “When I Grow Up,” “I Hate This Part” and many more. They even collaborated with artists like Snoop Dogg during their time. The group was also featured on a remix of the Oscar winning song “Jai Ho” with their rendition titled “You Are My Destiny” from the Oscar winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire.’ The group went on hiatus in 2010 to the disappointment of their fans, but they are slated to reunit very soon for the finale of ‘U.K. X Factor’ in November 2019.
