The outing comes as she nears her weight loss goal after losing 40 lbs.
The 40-year-old actress showed off her slim figure in an Instagram post on Friday.
Rebel donned a serious expression while rocking a sports bra, black biker shorts, a pink baseball cap and sunglasses.
The Pitch Perfect star captioned the post: "What up BE-AtCH! (Woke up early, ready to smash a beach run)."
Back in January, Rebel announced that 2020 would be her “Year of Health" as she changed her lifestyle entirely with surfing and refusing to use the word "diet."
She shared that turning 40 inspired her to live a more healthy lifestyle.
The actress exclusively told The Sun: "Weirdly this year was always going to be the year of health. I've been naming my years now, and, that's kind of having these resolutions but for the whole year."
Rebel said: “It’s not like I want to lose weight and get to a certain number. It’s more than that.
“It’s about dealing mentally with why I was overeating and I had a job where I was paid a lot of money to be bigger at times, which can kind of mess with your head a bit.”
