All the major cast members from The Crown season 5 returned for season 6. Elizabeth Debicki reprised her role as Princess Diana. Season 6 will chronicle the final years of Diana’s life before her tragic car accident in 1997. Dominic West also returned as Prince Charles, along with Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II and Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip.
The final season of the show will explore the royal family in the late 1990s and early 2000s. This means we will be getting more of young Prince William and Prince Harry in the final season. Ed McVey will play Prince William as a teen and early adult. Meg Bellamy will play young Kate Middleton. Part 1 of season 6 dropped on November 16. Part 2 will be released on December 14.
